This is River, she is a young Staffie X French Bull Dog who is full of beans and looking for her new loving forever home. She is very energetic and definitely requires a lot more basic obedience training.

We are currently doing a lot of daily work with River to improve her on lead reactions toward other dogs in our care, and we would be looking for new owners who can continue this work and help River in this area.

River will most likely need to live as the only Pet in her new home, she will need a 100% secure garden that is not shared with other people. She is a playful and very loving young dog and she really loves toys and treats, which are beneficial to help her on going training. River isn’t a dog that could be taken to busy dog walking locations or where lots  of dogs run about off lead – She needs quiet walks, plenty of space and is likely to be required to be kept on a lead in public spaces. Access to one of the secure pay per hour dog paddocks that are now available locally will be really useful, maybe once a week. She could live with children 10 years and older after meetings at Ferne.
