Home I need:

This big bundle of energy is Rosa. She is a Labrador/ Rottweiler mix. She needs a home with owners who are experienced with large dogs, ideally with guarding breeds, and who have no other dogs or pets in the home. Rosa will do best living as the only dog but in time she could have doggy pals once she knows them. Rosa has had a bit of a unsettled life so far, so it would be really great if we can find her that home where she will live happily for the rest of her days.

She has been around children but we would only rehome to a home with older children – 13 years or over. And after good meetings here first.

Ideally she will do best in a rural location, she needs a fully secure garden, she can be worried by strangers, more so by men initially so this needs careful positive handling, and we can guide any new owners on this. She is a big strong dog so an active home where owners will put time into her physical and mental stimulation. She wont be a dog to leave alone for long periods as she will become bored. She does require re call training, she will travel nicely in a car and she has been previously housetrained.

Can you offer Rosa what she needs? She will require some initial work and the settling in period may be a bit longer than some dogs….Please apply online if you think you can give Rosa the home she deserves….
