Meet Bill – A Gentle Old Boy Looking for His Second Chance ❤️
Bill has sadly found himself in rescue through no fault of his own. At his age, kennels are no place for him, and he is really struggling. What he needs most now is a kind-hearted person willing to offer him a warm, loving home where he can spend his golden years feeling safe and cherished.
Bill is a typical Collie at heart – still active, bright, and eager to engage with his people. He absolutely loves playing fetch, has great recall, and walks beautifully on a loose lead. He is house trained, can be left for 2–3 hours, and has been socialised with children aged 10 and above. He is friendly around horses and livestock.
Bill does have a few quirks to be aware of. He will chase cats, can become stressed and pant during travel, and may be reactive towards male dogs when off lead. With the right understanding home and continued management, he will thrive.
Being a Collie, Bill will need mental and physical stimulation to keep him happy and fulfilled. In return, he will offer loyalty, companionship, and so much love.
If you feel you could give this deserving old boy the second chance he so desperately needs, please apply online and help Bill find his forever home. 🐾
