This sweet older girl came into Ferne after chasing the cat in her previous home, so she is now seeking a cat-free environment where she can truly relax. and she’s now searching for a calm, cat-free place to finally call home.

Cookie is everything you could hope for in a companion. She’s house trained, walks beautifully on a loose lead, travels well, and settles happily when left for 2–3 hours. She has great recall, enjoys the company of other dogs, and has lived lovingly alongside children aged 11 and up.

In her golden years, Cookie doesn’t ask for much — just kindness, patience, and a warm spot to rest her head. If you can open your heart and home to this wonderful girl, she will repay you with endless loyalty and quiet devotion.
