Discrimination or hate speech of any kind
-
Bullying or harassment of individuals, groups, or our team
Keep Animals at the Heart
We’re here for the animals, so please:

Don’t speculate or spread misinformation about animal welfare cases
Stay On Topic
We encourage comments and questions related to:
-
Animal rehoming and care
-
Volunteering and supporting the sanctuary
-
Events, fundraisers, and campaigns
- Good news stories and updates
If your comment or message isn’t relevant to Ferne’s work, we may remove it to keep our page focused and helpful.

Please don’t share personal details (yours or others’) in public comments. If you have a private concern, feel free to message us directly or email the team info@ferneanimalsanctuary.org
Our Hours
Our social media channels are managed between 9:00am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
While we aim to post daily and stay engaged with our communities, we may not be able to respond to messages or comments outside of these hours. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
We Monitor & Moderate Our Pages
To ensure a safe space for all:
-
We may hide or delete comments that break these guidelines
- We may hide or delete comments which could offend others
-
Repeat or serious breaches may result in being blocked or reported
We reserve the right to remove posts or comments at our discretion if we feel they go against our mission, values, or community standards.
