Bourbon arrived with her daughter, Whiskey, after being abandoned. It was immediately clear that she had suffered something horrendous at the hands of humans. She showed extreme terror when being handled, and it took the team a long time to earn her trust. Today, she is the confident head of the herd. Gordon is a sensitive individual who struggles to cope with changes to his routine and environment. However, he is always the first to help new members of the herd settle in. Bourbon is the only other horse he will share his food with, and the pair are often seen grazing peacefully together.
