Duke is a very smart boy in all ways. He loves to have something to do, he thrives on having some attention, he enjoys going out and about for walks and doing some groundwork.  Duke has been lunged and long reined, has been bitted, saddled and had a rider sit on him.  He is a work in progress or project pony if someone with the skills wanted to do that, he would also enjoy being a pet pony who has lots of attention.  He can be strong until he has settled into a new routine but does settle down.  Duke has lived with mares and geldings.  Happy to live out but also happy to come in if needed.
