Deliveries & returns
Thank you for your order. In this section we give you details about our deliveries and returns policy.
Deliveries
Once we receive your order we will endeavour to post it to you within 3 working days. Please bear in mind that at busy times this may take a little longer. Your order will be despatched by 2nd Class Royal Mail and you should receive your purchase within 3-5 working days of receiving a dispatch notification email from us.
We may dispatch valuable, heavy or breakable items by courier and we will notify you of the delivery arrangements.
Returns
We offer a 28 day refund or exchange policy. The goods that you return must be in the same condition that they were when delivered to you. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return please include a proof of purchase. Return shipping costs must be met by you.
Any item not in its original condition will not be refunded. We recommend that you get a proof of posting when returning any item to us.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item in good condition we will process your refund, this may take up to 10 days.
