Ferne Animal Sanctuary’s third Charity Shop is open for business from today in Crewkerne, centrally located at 27 Market Square, near the Town Hall. The shop has a great range of quality clothes, bric-a-brac, books, toys, jewellery, furniture and lots more.
We hope the local community will support us with their custom and donations of pre-loved, good quality goods. We would also welcome volunteers who have a few hours to spare to help with all aspects of running the shop. It’s a great way of meeting new people, making friends and improving key skills with our training. If you’re interested, please get in touch on 01460 65214.
“The number of animals we rescue each year sadly seems to be on the increase and the revenue from our shops makes a big difference to the work we can continue to do with abandoned, neglected or unwanted animals within the local community,” said Elaine Hayes, CEO of Ferne Animal Sanctuary.
