Thank you to everyone who has supported Ferne to raise just over £3,000 from ‘The Big Co-op Payout’.
When members who supported Ferne shopped with the Co-op, 1% of what they spend on selected Co-op branded products and services went to Ferne to support our work for unwanted, abandoned or neglected animals which we rescue.
The money raised for Ferne will be spent on a poly-tunnel which will not only help us to save money on fresh fruit and vegetables for our animals but also provide all year access for our volunteers.
Many of the Sanctuary’s volunteers are older or have special needs so our new polytunnel with all year cover will be a great help when the weather is not so good!
