Meet Bugg ❤️

This handsome little Jack Russell Terrier has come to Ferne Animal Sanctuary through no fault of his own and is now searching for a loving forever home where he can enjoy the happy life he deserves.

Bugg is a loyal, affectionate little chap who absolutely loves being with his people. He would be happiest as the only dog in the home, where he can soak up all the love and attention for himself.

He is house-trained, travels well, and is happy being left for short periods (1–2 hours). Bugg enjoys his walks, although he can pull on the lead at times, so he is looking for an owner who is happy to continue working on his loose lead walking. His recall is also a work in progress and will need ongoing training.

Bugg can be reactive to other dogs both on and off lead, so he will need an experienced and understanding owner who can help him continue to build his confidence and manage these situations positively.

Due to his needs, Bugg is looking for an adult-only home with no children. He also has a strong instinct to chase cats, so he must be the only pet in a cat-free home.
