This handsome boy hasn’t had the easiest start in life… found as a stray, with no one coming forward for him, Manny’s time sadly ran out at the pound. He was just hours away from being put to sleep — until a space opened up and he was saved at the very last moment.

Now he’s safe… but what he truly needs is a place to finally call home.

Manny is a sweet, affectionate dog who absolutely loves treats — and that makes him eager to learn! He’ll need some help with the basics like walking nicely on a lead, recall, and possibly house training. With patience, consistency, and lots of tasty rewards, he has so much potential to blossom.

He travels well and enjoys the company of calm, friendly dogs when off lead. However, Manny does have a strong instinct to chase cats, so he’ll need a cat-free home. As we don’t know much about his past, any time left alone should be built up slowly and gently. Manny could live with children age 13 upwards after careful introductions.

More than anything, Manny just needs someone to show him kindness, stability, and love — things he may never have truly known.

He’s been given a second chance… now he just needs someone to take it with him. 🏡❤️
