Here at Ferne, our on-site gift shop is always evolving – and that’s exactly how we like it. We want every visit to feel a little different, with new products, fresh ideas, and an ever-growing focus on the things that matter most: quality, sustainability, and supporting local wherever possible.

A shop that grows with purpose

We’re continually refining our range to reflect our values. That means choosing local and ethical brands and prioritising products where ingredients are minimal and thoughtfully considered. It’s an ongoing journey, and one we’re proud to share with our visitors.

One of our newest additions is Wild Cornwall, known for their flavourful sauces and vinegars made using minimal, foraged ingredients. Our favourites from the range include their smoky barbecue sauce – perfect for cooking and equally delicious as a dipping sauce for potato wedges, as well as a beautifully balanced blackberry balsamic vinegar, which is an absolute treat for the tastebuds.

Discover something new every time

Alongside our core favourites, you’ll find a wide variety of gifts, from locally handmade and turned wooden pieces to bird houses and unique items that make perfect presents for any occasion, or just a little gift to yourself.

We’ve also made sure there’s plenty for younger visitors to enjoy. We’ve got lots of cuddly toys to choose from and our pocket money gifts are especially popular, giving children the chance to pick out something special of their own without spending much. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference to family visits.

Simple treats, but better

While you browse, you can also enjoy a few carefully chosen treats, including Baboo Gelato tubs which are a firm favourite, offering a good range of delicious flavours made with quality ingredients. We also stock Bradleys soft drinks, both refreshing options that pair perfectly with warm days and spring visits.

Open and welcoming

We’re open seven days a week, from 10am to 4pm, so you can stop by whenever it suits you. Whether you’re returning to see what’s new or visiting for the first time, you’ll find a shop that’s constantly growing, changing, and improving. Our friendly shop colleagues and volunteers are always on hand to help and ensure a warm welcome.
