Tyson is a really sweet and gentle chap. He has been at Ferne some time now and is looking for someone who can give him lots of time and patience when settling into his forever home. He can be nervous around unfamiliar people, especially men but once he gets to know you he’ll be your best friend. Tyson happily goes out on walks with different volunteers each day here so, it really doesn’t take long to win him over. We are looking for Tyson’s new owners to be around most of the day and in an adult only home with no other pets. He does enjoy a walk with female greyhounds and lurchers, he walks lovely on the lead and is house trained. Being a lurcher, he does have a high prey drive and is best let off lead in a secure area only, he does come back to his name in our secure paddocks. Tyson loves having company but also enjoys his own space.
