Ferne Animal Sanctuary is excited to have Karen Huwen, an experienced teacher and award winning artist, to host a Paint Workshop here at the sanctuary.

Karen will take you through every step to paint a your very own masterpiece on canvas. No experience or drawing skills needed, just your enthusiasm and a desire to create something lovely to take home and put on your wall,  all materials will be supplied, just bring yourself!

The Event is Saturday 8th November from 1.00pm – 4.00pm. Tea and Cakes are included in the £45 price, which is payable upon booking to ensure your place.

Places are limited so please don’t wait to book.

All profits will go towards looking after the animals in our care here at Ferne Animal Sanctuary.

The event will take place in The Hub, at the top of the drive from the main car park.

Want to learn more about what we do, and meet some of our teams? Join us at the sanctuary for our next Community Conversation! Same format as our last one to encourage open conversation. Bring your notebook, jot down any burning questions you may have, and come along to The Hub on the 20th November, 5.30 pm – 7 pm.

Light refreshments will be available – tea/coffee/squashes and biscuits.

Spend a morning feeling festive as you produce a beautiful handmade wreath for Christmas. In this workshop you will be guided through this timeless tradition, giving your Christmas decorations a more personal touch.

Using a moss base and all local greenery, just bring yourself, your friends and your creativity, and let us help you do the rest!

All greenery, decorations and gloves supplied. Please bring your own secateurs or snips
